With all the endless topics of literature out there in the world today, Choosing a topic can be a difficult task. There are many different ways one can go about choosing a topic. For example, Brainstorming topic ideas. Brainstorming is a way for you to gain knowledge that will improve your topic choosing judgment. This method allows you to bounce ideas off of peers, and filter your ideas through multiple peoples opinions.

A possible take away from brainstorming is that one can choose a topic without any pre-conceived judgment. That is why I believe brainstorming is the best way to choose a topic. This method allows you to choose a topic free of an bias you might have because your mind is open to all the possibilities. Thus, allowing you to think of questions from outside knowledge you may have never considered before, preventing you from running into questions you already have the answer to.

The community iv chosen is that of the health care community. My research question states, "Dose the intimidation of the path to a job in the health field affect decision making along the way?".
