I had the pleasure of reviewing Jaden Slavens and Emmanuelle Paul annotations. Ill begin with Jaden Salvens annotations of dancers and there probability of developing eating disorders. She dose a good job with the structure and summery of her sources but lacks the evidence to support the summery. I believe she just needs to take more time on her annotations and add more details. Tying in quotations is also a weakness of hers, she puts minimal quotes and not enough explanation.
Emmanuelle Paul had slimier issues. Her annotations of African american students attending PWIs also contained good overall summaries. However she had little to no support from her sources. She did not incorporate quotes and relied heavily on paraphrasing. Also the way she began paragraphs and ended paragraphs where a little informal. Overall she just needed to work on her structure of the annotations and integrate quotes to support her summery.
