My topic/research question revolves around the employment side of the health care community. I became interested in this topic long before I composed a research question for it. Whether it be, in my case, a college major switch, or just a change in desire from say, wanting to be a nurse to now wanting to pursue physical therapy. One could argue that plenty of people, both students and graduate employees aiming to get employed in the health field had to face some sort of self-evaluation on how they would go about getting to the carrier of their dreams. This evaluation could perhaps reveal some intimidating barriers such as fees, number of years in an educational facility, licensing, high competition for employment, and many others one might go through to reach their desired carrier.

Understanding all the setbacks a future health care employee might face, it drove me to ask this question; Dose the intimidation of the path to a job in the health field affect decision making along the way? This question will revile to me what types of life changes a person might have made due to the various road blocks that present themselves. I plan to research articles about stress relations to college students that wish to work in the health field. I also plan to do a lot of research on studies about what students think regarding the burdens the path to their desired carriers will take on their life. Currently I am missing some sources that I can tie into this topic. I have a pool of sources, but I have to research through them individually, make sure they are credible and insure that they properly portray the points I am looking to make.
